About Reiki & W.E.B.
W.E.B. is an integrated practice I have developed over the past 20 years combining principles of counselling with the reiki practices of sound healing, visualisation and inner child work. Informed by my university studies in social work, and master’s level training in Reiki, meditation and yoga - W.E.B. approaches health by addressing your mind, body and spirit to achieve lightness of being.

A Typical session
1 - An initial counselling & reiki session to hear your concerns and discern what is troubling you.
2 - We will then tailor a toolkit for you from practices of yoga, breath work, meditation, visualisation, chakra analysis, affirmation, journaling & sound healing.
3 - I then like to reinforce the session by offering ongoing support when you leave.
