Reiki means universal life force energy. It is a holistic hands on healing modality that helps to realign and bring the body into a natural state of balance - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
When you undergo an Attunement process in your Reiki training you will become a channel for the life force energy of Reiki.
In the first level you can then direct this energy to yourself for healing or to other people, animals, plants - it’s up to your imagination. In the second level you will learn to direct Reiki over time and space. The third level enables you to teach Reiki to others. With each level your energy frequency elevates and expands as you release old patterns and behaviours.
Your immune system may improve and stress levels decrease as you discover more calmness when you release tension and relax into the flow.
